These terms govern your use of this website. By browsing it, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site — nothing here obliges you to.

These terms cover the website only. The Learn360 platform — the product institutions use to run courses, classes, exams and payments — is provided under the written agreement each institution signs with us. If anything on this website differs from a signed agreement, the signed agreement wins.

Using the site

You may browse the site, share links to it, and use the information here to evaluate Learn360 for your institution. You may not attempt to break, probe or overload the site, misrepresent your identity to us, harvest data from it in bulk, or use it for anything unlawful.

You may not frame the site or pass its content off as your own. Quoting reasonable excerpts with attribution — in a review, comparison or article — is fine.

Our content and trademarks

The content of this site — text, graphics, logos, product screenshots and videos — belongs to Learn360 or its licensors. The Learn360 name and logo are our marks; the names and logos of the institutions we work with belong to those institutions and appear here with their permission. Nothing on this site grants you a licence to use anyone's marks.

What the site tells you — and what it does not promise

We work to keep the information here accurate and current, but the site is provided "as is": product capabilities evolve, screenshots age, and figures such as learner counts change. Descriptions on this site are information to help you evaluate Learn360 — they are not a contractual specification, a quotation, or professional advice. What we actually deliver to an institution is defined in that institution's agreement and order.

Pricing is quoted per institution. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance; a quotation we send you is.

Third-party links and embedded content

The site links to and embeds content from third-party services — for example YouTube or Vimeo videos, our social profiles, and WhatsApp for conversations. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or conduct.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or from reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — such as liability for fraud. Liability connected to the Learn360 platform itself is dealt with in each institution's agreement, not here.

Privacy

How this website handles your data is described in our privacy policy — the short version is that we measure visits without cookies, store nothing in your browser without consent, and only ever hold personal information you choose to send us.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms as the site evolves; the date at the top tells you when they last changed, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable where the Learn360 operating company is established. If you would like the specifics for a contract, ask us and we will confirm the contracting entity and jurisdiction with our quotation.
