Full Stack Engineer

Learn360 is looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our team and work on scalable, secure, and high-performance SaaS applications.

What you’ll do

• Develop and maintain web applications using C# / ASP.NET Core and modern frontend technologies.
• Work with ReactJS, VueJS, NextJS, Flutter, SQL/NoSQL, and REST APIs.
• Optimize application performance, databases, and backend processes.
• Work with Redis, RabbitMQ/Kafka, Elasticsearch, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Conduct thorough peer code reviews to ensure alignment with architectural standards, performance benchmarks, and coding guidelines.
• Go beyond automated CI/CD code analysis to identify security vulnerabilities, edge cases, and design flaws that automated tools may miss.
• Provide clear, constructive, and actionable feedback to improve code quality and encourage continuous learning.
• Maintain consistency across codebases through best practices in maintainability, test coverage, and documentation.
• Troubleshoot technical and production issues.

What we’re looking for

• 2–3 years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Strong experience with C# / ASP.NET Core.
• Strong frontend experience with ReactJS, VueJS, or NextJS.
• Good understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases, APIs, caching, queues, and security.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, clean code, testing, and code quality.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, Linux, IIS/Nginx, and cloud deployments.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and code-review skills.

Good to have

Flutter, .NET WPF, native mobile development, Docker/Kubernetes, Python/C++, SEO, and experience publishing apps on Google Play or the Apple App Store.
